Plain terms for tree work.
These terms cover tree work by Jesús Tree Care. They are written to be read.
An estimate is based on what can be seen from the ground. Trees hide things: decay inside a limb that looked sound, a cavity at a union, or a second trunk nobody could see from below. If what we find up there changes the work, we come down and tell you the new price before carrying on.
There is a limit to what can be done safely around a live service line, and we will tell you where that limit is rather than take a chance over your house. Some work has to wait for the utility to drop or cover the line. We would rather lose the job than guess at that.
We need somewhere to put the truck and the chipper, and a way to get the wood out. On narrow streets that sometimes means moving cars or working a particular time of day. Tell us about gates, alleys and parking when you call, because it affects the plan and the price.
Brush is chipped and hauled the same day and the ground is raked before we leave. The stump is a separate item: tell us at the estimate whether you want it ground out or left, because it changes the number and finding out afterwards helps nobody.
Payment terms are agreed before work starts and written into the estimate. If the scope changes mid-job, the change is agreed before the work continues.
We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the tree and the yard — never your address, never anything that identifies you. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

Tell us what the tree is doing — over the roof, dropping fronds, too big for the yard. Send a photo on WhatsApp if that is quicker. English or Spanish.
